I honed my creativity and strategy skills in Silicon Valley working with startup founders to build their business and executives in Fortune 500 and 100 companies to build new capabilities and work and think differently. Taking the entrepreneurial leap starting my own innovation strategy firm and was lucky enough to support globally respected organizations.

Right now, I’m an Advisory Leader with AECOM, where I get to coach executive leaders and lead some fantastic teams to design and build transformational infrastructure.
